I went out and got me some of them nettles. It was a nice spring day and I actually met 3 people who were friendly and 1 miserable bitch who wasnt but I focus on the other 3. There is something about collecting things from nature (foraging), I guess it is built into our DNA over millennia. I wish I could do more of it. Maybe I will. I think I told you before that I had nearly been killed 4 or 5 times (toss a coin kind of thing) so I dont know how many weeks I have left on this planet and I would posit that neither does anyone else. I read about this guy in the Guinness Book of Records long time ago. He was a park ranger in Yellowstone national park and had survived 6 lightening strikes. Later I read that he committed suicide over a broken love affair. I have to think that we all have some kind of destiny although perhaps it is not set, but in some way fluid. For several years I have religiously followed a youtube channel called Quantum of conscience. This guy from Philadelphia, Matt Mckinley, is really onto something about the nature of reality and that somehow it's all running to a kind of script. He really is a one off brilliant thinker. I dont agree with everything he talks about (why would you) and some of his ideas are off the wall. However 10% of his stuff is pure gold. I always smile when I see his latest vlog. Problem is you need time to shift through his stuff to find those nuggets of gold. Time that most people dont have. I really doubt that I have 884 weeks left. I would put it closer to 150. I told you before that I am not afraid of "being dead" because I dont believe that your soul (whatever that is) dies with your body. I really dont. I dont relish the transition bit though coz it might be nasty. Ideally I would like to die peacefully in my sleep like my father did (unlike his terrified screaming passengers). Dont fear the reaper (Blue Oyster Cult). Albert Einstein once said: "Reality is an illusion albeit a persistent one".
